Dearest Lisa,
I can't even begin to tell you how happy you have made these two baby boomers! "Childhood Dream" a/k/a/ Dillon (formerly Wicked Jazz) is the best thing that has happened to us in years! I WISH you could have seen my husband's face when he got home and I walked up with Dillon and shouted Happy Valentine's Day! A 63 yr old man suddenly changed into a 7 yr old boy whose most fond memory was watching Marshall Dillon ride his buckskin on Gunsmoke every week. Of course, being much younger then he, Lorne Green is my idol sitting on HIS buckskin in Bonanza.
Thanks to you and ALL your diligence and hard work, Dillon is our "Childhood Dream" come true! I can't believe you worked with me to help me trade my farm animals that I needed to move to make room for Dillon. There are few people who would have put the time, effort and patience into this that you did!
I'll send pictures soon but Dillon loses his stallion status tomorrow and joins the rankings of the most spoiled and loved gelding in the land! His girls don't care though. The two fillies worship him either way.
I have to say the only difficult part about this is staying off the website so that I don't fall in love...AGAIN! (Did I say Brie out loud?)

We all know what you do to help any horse in need. We have dealt with Lisa for over 4 years now and in fact even though we moved to Fort McCoy Florida, that is just north of Ocala, we still drive down to attend Lisa's auctions and stay in touch with her when we are looking for a good horse. Lisa is a person that can be trusted & tries to tell you everything she knows about the horse that come in there. We will see you at her store and auctions.

Here are some the pictures I promised I would send you. I just wanted to take a minute and say thank you. She is a good little horse and her and my gelding get along great. I just had one question were you able to find out her date of birth? I will keep you updated on how she is doing. She had her West Nile shot and she is getting her feet done today. My vet said she has lots of growing to do and looks like she is going to be a big horse. She isn't registered is she? Well it was good talking to you and if you don't mind I will drop you a picture or two every now and then. I included two from the day we got her and a few I took yesterday.

WE RESCUED BULL FROM A SLAUGHTER AUCTION... HIS ORIGINAL OWNER CONTACTED US AFTER SEEING HIM ON THE SITE... HE IS NOW BACK WITH HIS REAL MOMMA.. ALMOST MET HIS DEMISE .. ANOTHER CASUALITY OF DIVORCE...THAT ENDED WITH A HAPPY ENDING !!!

GINGER CAME IN VERY UNDER WEIGHT AND LOADED WITH RAIN ROT.. WITH LOTS OF LOVE AND TLC SHE BLOSSOMED INTO A NEW HORSE.. SHE HAD LOTS OF PEP AND VIM AT OUR FARM.. BUT WITH THE NEW OWNER HEIDI'S LOVING BUT FIRM HAND.. SHE IS THE BEST RIDING HORSE FOR ENTIRE FAMILY !!!

"SLIM SHADY"
Hi Lisa!
We just wanted to send you some pictures of Shady (formerly known to you as Sir), so you can see his new home, how much he's grown and how he is doing. We've had him for several months now and we've all adjusted quite well. He is a hoot! Very nosey and extremely smart. He gets along great with his pasture-mate, Tiamo, a 24 year old Mustang mare. Shady has become part of the family. He even has his best friend, our dog Bubba, sleeps with him at night. Shady, Tiamo and Bubba all run and play together in the pasture during the day. Shady plays chase in the pasture with us and loves to get out of the pasture and wander around the yard. He gets into mischief though and we usually have to run him back to the pasture. He likes to take a bite out of plants! We have grown to love Shady and are sure glad we found your website when we did. Shady is still learning and growing daily and is even beginning to learn barrels. He has a habit of short-stopping on his front feet, but we're trying to break him of that. Other than that, no other bad habits to talk about. Thanks again for bringing us together. If we hear of anyone looking for the perfect horse, we'll send them your way!
